Q: Can I have more than 1 button design in my order?
A: Yes - You can select different quantities for each button OR use the express checkout to order
the same quantity for all your designs. See our Photo Button page for different ways of ordering.
Q: How long will it take before I receive my buttons?
A: Most orders are generally shipped out in within 24 hours. It really depends on the size of your
order and the volume of business we are currently experiencing. We do our best to get all orders
out as soon as possible, but we do experience high volume during certain times of the year, so
please allow us plenty of lead time to produce your order (especially larger orders). Orders with
Express Shipping or Overnight get higher priority. We have two upload methods. One only has
priority mail as a shipping option.
Q: How durable are your buttons?
A: Our buttons are excellent quality that are professionally finished with 2 pieces of strong (front
and back) metal parts (thick metal backing that protects the safety pinback) and a strong clear
protective mylar that covers the photo. Our buttons will not fade or discolor. Our Premium Real
Photo Paper Buttons will last 80 plus years.
Q: Are there any price differences between color and black & white buttons?
A: We have two low price options. Regular or Premium no matter how many you order.
Q: What if I want to see a hard proof?
A: You can order only one button, then reorder more through our website. If you let us know you
will be ordering more, but want to see a hard proof – write it in the special instructions box and we
may send you out more samples to choose from. Plus we will label your designs.
Q: I want to order 500 or more pins, is there any way I can get an example?
A: If you are intending on ordering 500 or more pins, but would first like to see an example, we
suggest you order only one button for your hard proof. We will send out a couple choices for you to
choose from. This will delay your order since we will be waiting for your answer once you receive
your sample(s)
Q: How do I easily re-order more buttons?
A: Go to our webpage and click on the ReOrder button for which type of button you had. If you don’t
have your order number it’s ok… we will look it up by last name. We save all jobs for about 6
months. If you ordered using our online album method, then you will have your image stored online
aswell – just click to reorder.
Q: Can I advertise my website on the side of my buttons?
A: Yes! If you wish to have your website (or any other message) around the rim of the button,
please let us know what you'd like in the special instructions box. OR if you used our template –
type your message right above the dotted line and leave the solid outer solid line as part of your
image. Use a small font size like 8 or 9 and hug the dotted line.

Q: What is the front of the button made of?
A: All of our button products have a front side mylar top, which is an extraordinarily strong
polyester film. It gives the buttons a glossy look and also enhances the quality of your photo or
image.
Q: I have a photo (negative or slide) I want made into a button. How much do you charge to create
the button?
A: Mail us the photo. We will not use your original photo. We will make another real photograph
copy from it and return your original with your order. We charge a setup of $5.00 for each design
you want us to create. If you order more 10 or more buttons of the same design there is no setup
charge.
Q: What if I don't like the design you've created for me?
A: We give several versions for you choose from. You may mix and match design ideas. We will
work with you and create you a button you will enjoy.
Q: Will my button look how I see it on my monitor or home inkjet printer?
A: Most likely not. Monitors do not represent print colors and prints do not print the same on
different printers.
